Our Team has a strong engineering foundation, with extensive experience in the wireless industry and a broad spectrum of competencies including cloud and embedded software, communication systems, RF/HW design and others.

Our company was founded in 2014, but we already have large customers in all Regions, including large deployments in India, China, Canada and Latin America. OrbiWise just received the CTI Start-up Label. OrbiWise was also included in the Top 100 Swiss Startup Award in 2017, ranked first in the Hightech/Wireless Category, first of the startups in the Canton of Geneva and 13th overall.

The Geneva Creativity Center (GCC) has been very supportive of our venture in several occasions.

As an example, earlier this year, we were looking for a Research Partner to work with us in developing Machine Learning technology for our Geolocation and
Core Network Products.

The GCC helped us survey the Universities in the Region with significant Artificial Intelligence competence. With the help of GCC, we finally identified Researchers at the University of Geneva and at the “Haute École de Gestion de Genève”, with whom we have initiated a collaboration.

In general, I believe the GCC plays a crucial role at the intersection of Industry and Academia, stimulating innovation by fostering relationships between researchers from different Organizations and often with diverse backgrounds.»
